1. Processing Time:  
   All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

2. Delivery Options:  
   - Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location within South Africa.  
   - Express Shipping: Available for an additional fee, ensuring delivery within 1-3 business days.

3. Shipping Rates:  
   - Standard shipping: Free for orders over R1,500. A flat rate of R100 applies to orders below this amount.  
   - Express shipping: Rates calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

4. Service Areas:  
   We currently deliver nationwide in South Africa. International shipping is unavailable at this time.

5. Order Tracking:  
   You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

6. Returns and Refunds:

7. Late Order Policy:

If an order is delayed due to the customer being unavailable for delivery, providing incorrect details, or failing to collect from a pickup point, refunds will not be issued. We’ll assist in rescheduling delivery where possible, but any additional costs may apply. Please ensure accurate details and availability to avoid delays.
